Clarity is your North Star. It’s about creating a business vision tied to your ideal lifestyle—time with your family, freedom to travel, or the ability to work fewer hours without sacrificing income.

Without clarity, every opportunity looks tempting, and you end up pulled in a dozen directions. With clarity, decision-making becomes simple: Does this move me closer to my vision, or does it pull me away?

**** Challenge: Instead of setting arbitrary goals, define your life vision. Then ask: How does my business need to function to make that vision inevitable?

I’ll give you a personal example: I adore talking with my business partner. Honestly, I could chat with her every single day. But we realized long conversations were eating into our productivity. So we built a system: one focused weekly meeting + quick check-ins as needed.

That’s commitment. Guarding your time. Protecting your vision.

  • Write down the top 3 things you’re spending time on this week.

  • For each one, ask: Does this directly move me closer to my vision, or is it just busywork?

  • Circle the true commitment. Cross out the busywork. Delegate, automate, or eliminate it.
